Zambia Launches Long-Acting HIV Prevention Drug By Honester Mshoka Zambia has launched the new long-acting pre-exposure prophylaxis -PrEP, Lenacapavir, bringing renewed hope to young people and other vulnerable populations. The Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis option provides six months of protection with a single dose for individuals who are HIV-negative.
