CoTU Enforces Total Shutdown Along AH-2 and NH-37 The Committee on Tribal Unity (CoTU) has announced a 24-hour total shutdown across the Sadar Hills region along AH-2 and NH-37, effective from midnight on January 27 until midnight on January 28, in response to the K.
