The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) says close to 5 million metric tonnes of debris was left behind by Hurricane Melissa in Western Jamaica. Resident Representative for Jamaica, Kishan Khoday told a United Nations press conference about the agency’s impact assessments and initial activities.
