In the schools that have PEI School Food Program Hubs, our teams prepare the daily Pay-What-You-Can lunches along with a second option for students to choose from in the cafeteria. The Charlottetown Rural Hub has been featuring dishes from around the world and today’s second option was Tandoori Chicken! Other recent features include butter chicken, pork BBQ, chicken adobo, pork adobo, and chicken shawarma wraps. It’s a great way to celebrate other cultures while also introducing students to food
