Jala Neti is a purification kriya (practice) of Yoga which is dedicated to the cleansing of the nasal passage. Jalneti is ideally practised in the morning before asanas and pranayama.The process of jalneti is as follows: - To do jalneti, you need a unique pot known as a neti pot - Sit in Kagasana or Malasana (squat) - Take salted warm water in the neti pot. - After gently inserting the nozzle into the uppermost nostril, open the mouth - Wait for the water to come out from the other nostril - Wai
