How to cook the Perfect Wagyu NY Steak 1. Let your wagyu steak sit at room temperature for an hour before cooking, this will help it cook evenly. 2. Season with Salt ( you can use pepper if you like as well) 3. Preheat pan (we heat to a medium/high) and when its hot grease pan with the fat side of your wagyu. 4.
