Spicy Aguachile Rojo! I have been preparing Aguachile for many years but it never occurred to me to add some Achiote paste in! I got the idea from the wonderful home cook on La Herencia de Las Vuidas on YouTube. I knew I wanted to try it in one of my recipes. For a milder version omit the serrano pepper and half of the Piquin. This is a new recipe so I will leave the details in the comments below!
