VEHICLE OVERTURNS IN PARKING LOT, ELDERLY WOMAN INJURED IN MERCED Merced PD responded to the Game Stop parking lot for an elderly woman trapped inside an overturned vehicle just after 2:00 p.m. The elderly woman, driver, was taken out the vehicle by first responders. She sustained non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the overturned vehicle, elderly woman, reversed her vehicle into another vehicle for unknown reasons, causing her vehicle to overturn. The adults were rescued from the river 18 months ago and because of the drought and warm water had to be kept at the Merced River Hatchery where they spawned.
