KB Flow 🪄 It’s been a WHILE since I gave you a kettlebell flow. One of my first loves in fitness and a forever favorite. Here is the flow: 1. snatch into lunge 2. swing switch 3. clean 4. bent press 5. figure eight slingshot 6. switch clean 7. swing switch Then repeat the other side.
