23 in 23 seconds: Looking back on 2023, I can honestly say that even though it’s been a tough year, it’s been a full year. Full of growth, realizations, laughter, tears, and so much fun. I lived more in this year than I have in the past 20. I created a safe space, made it a home, cooked more, ate better, explored my creativity without any fear of ridicule, got out more, took long walks, was present with my kids, fed the turtles, and danced to my music in my heart. When you are used to living in
