Couldn’t do the bar alone in HS, went from 5lbs on each side to 10lbs in 2 weeks. Also my anti social ssa is finally making gym friends and when an old school bodybuilder for over 20 years gives you props, you take them like a gold metal because I’m doing that shhhhh 😌 it’s not impressive to most but do hope that those who start will feel more comfortable seeing someone else start small. We all had and have beginnings and those are always baby steps. Dedication and hard work do make wonders eve
