In a world of instant gratification, I’m grateful for the process, the journey, the connections, the experiences, the alignment, the timelines, the drawbacks, the lessons, the NO’s, the yes, the effort, the inspo, the resistance, the flow, the grit, the glow, the passion, the zone, the then, the now, the ups & the downs, the highs, the lows, the light & the dark, the hugs, the laughs, the tears, the joy & all the small consistent conscious steps I’ve intentionally made, that compound & make life
