What you’re getting wrong about a cell activator - it has a lot more to do with everything surrounding the cell activator than the cell activator itself. Unfortunately its name implies a lot of things that just aren’t true - it makes it sound like an ingredient when its really a recipe, and it makes it sound like it goes in everything when really it only goes in one layer, the top one.
