Finally getting these to feel good and it took dropping the weights to groove it correctly…lowkey I think traditional progressive overload is not always the way to go. It works well to add 5lbs each time only for so long…sometimes just grooving the moderate weights long enough moves the needle much more while keeping you from overflowing into injury and CNS burnout.
