Here’s how I do it: 1️⃣ Harvest fresh basil and chop it up - either by hand or with a food processor. 2️⃣ Place the chopped basil into ice cube trays. 3️⃣ Pour olive oil over the basil, filling each cube. 4️⃣ Pop the tray into the freezer for a few hours.
