ETC (aka. Entertainment Central) was originally a CATV channel by Solar that officially launched in 2004. It largely consisted of American entertainment content targeted towards young adults with Rated Oh (hosted by Sam Oh) being the lone locally-produced program. This 11-minute bumper pack is from that era and contains previews for show episodes, schedules, sponsors, along with the familiar female voice over. In 2008, ETC became a UHF channel, taking over the spot of SBN 21. After a few rebrand
