Believe you me this takes hours and hours of practice. It took me 3 years to catch the ball on my shoulder blades and another year to stone cold balance it on my forehead. I also in the time could swap from my left and right without adjustments. My record for keepie-uppies was 500. Their balance & spacial awareness is off the planet.
