Seeing red again. 2024 brought a lot of amazing opportunities to see red in the auroras in the mid latitudes. I have yet to photograph the auroras this year. The few nights it might have been possible here in Oregon we were stuck in wet weather cycles of snow or rain. Hopefully I’ll get an opportunity as we start our exit out of solar maximum.
