This sandwich shocked me 🇲🇽 A cemita is the most famous sandwich from Puebla. It is stacked with meat cheese avocado and herbs but really it’s all about the bun. I ordered this one from a small street vendor where locals stop for lunch and it was loaded with so much inside including something I never expected to find at the bottom.
