Just because they’re “low sugar” does not mean they’re “healthier” ❌ All the cereals you see here have the exact same calories as they’re counter part They’re lower in sugar BUT they make up for the lost calories with other things like fats and protein (moreso fats) When used right, carbs are really good for training and recovery So swapping your carbs for fats is pointless if you’re just wanting to lose weight 🤦🏽‍♂️ Follow for more content like this 🌐
