I believe this white Wolf out front to be 1157F, Alpha of the Lower Gros Ventre Pack, leading her crew to run off 4 members of the Pacific Creek Wolf Pack (3 Blacks & 1 Grey) who were attempting to take down this elk. 1157F dives straight into the water after the Pacific Grey Wolf, who seemed to be the leader of the small group, while others from her pack stayed back on the opposite bank. The larger pack consisted of at least 14 Grey Wolves, possibly 16.
