Give this 20 minute AMRAP (As many reps as possible in 20 minutes): -10 pushups -20 dips -30 single arm bent over rows (15 each side) -40 supermans Repeat that sequence in that order until the full 20 minute workout is done and count the TOTAL reps you completed in those 20 minutes. Then try and compete against yourself and do this workout again once a week to see if you can beat your own score!
