One of our favorite features at our #ModernSunset project is the automated shade in the floor. This system was designed to raise as needed for privacy. Most automated shades drop from a pocket in the ceiling, however with the floor location, the client can bathe as needed with the privacy desired. One of the main features in this architectural design and layout was the automated corner multi-slider. This feature and option completely enhances the indoor-outdoor living. Also, allows for that added entertainment SF when the doors are open. And the convenience of this location is that it is just off of the breakfast nook, kitchen and great room. One of our favorite features at #ModernSunset is the boulder staircase. Each one of these boulders were set specifically in coordination by the landscape architect. Each one was set by crane. And our concrete company just came out to pour the concrete staircase. Such a great architectural element to the overall project.
