Uninstalled EA App and reinstalled it in the same directory as my games using these steps. Uninstalling DAI likely would have worked the same, but would've taken a lot longer to reinstall than the EA app. Added DAI as an exception in my Antivirus Software.

Copy the Documents portion of all EA, Electronic Arts, Origin folders to the documents folder of the new computer. Choose one game at a time in Origin and begin the download. PAUSE it after 2-3 MB have downloaded. Right click on the game in Origin and choose Repair. Let Origin verify the files and, make any repairs that may be needed to the game.
