In all seriousness this would be France’s national flag under the Communes. The tricolor while having a lot of national significance has a history of representing bourgeoise republicanism and not total revolution. In 1793 the red flag was the symbol of the Jacobin Club and its supporters in the Paris Commune (the original one).

It's different to compare how to simplify the 13 stripes of the US flag, from the already simplistic tricolour flag of France, in which you can modify the size of the blue and white stripes without the flag looking necessarily bad
