To make sure there is a FedEx in the store I call the FedEx number listed under this location. Even though I'm calling a specific location it routes Mr through the automated voice system.

I've watched a manager (who is on the safety committee no less) climb up a conveyor belt to clear a block. He said that the Fedex office should give me a call today (which of course they haven't), and that he'd personally call me again tomorrow to let me know what the conclusion of the case is. I'll give them a ring tomorrow as well if I still don't hear back from anyone.

We're now at 48 hours with no update. It's FedEx ground (green) who I've had issues with before because I live on a private road. FedEx orange I haven't had any issues with. We don't have issues with UPS or USPS. So frustrating. I didn't choose the shipping. It's an ebay order.

Jul 28, 2020 · I got a call today from someone claiming to be from FedEx. They knew my name and said they were trying to deliver a package to an address I'd never heard of. I told them that wasn't my address and they asked for my current address. I told them I wasn't comfortable giving out my address over the phone.
