Acura Canada deployed a field engineer and fixed my car after a month of heated negotiations, and I received a $500 compensation.

Sep 27, 2023 · Just to follow up on how things worked out with winter tires and rims for my 2023 Acura TLX Type S, I ended up getting a set of 19"x 8" Enkei Tuning Raijin wheels with 245/40R-19 Blizzaks. They fit over the front brake calipers with about a half inch to spare. The new tires are about a half inch narrower than stock.

Aug 19, 2024 · Yeah, adding a real BOV to the Type S can be a bit tricky since it’s set up with a recirculating system. Since you've already got the Boomba Racing bypass valve, you’re halfway there. To go for a full BOV setup, you’ll need to find a kit designed to convert the recirculating system to an atmospheric one, or get a custom setup done.

Sep 21, 2024 · But, with that said, I strongly feel the TLX Type S is an under appreciated sports sedan. I've owned MANY other vehicles besides Acuras. I am a car enthusiast. And yes, I'm older, but, still going strong. The Type S wasn't meant to be the fastest sedan, the quickest, etc. Many complain...."oh it's .3 sec. slower than "blah blah" car! So what!!!
