This is why with NFC Tools, I tried to offer a simple and lightweight user interface for that everyone can play with NFC. After I install NFC Tasks, I could choose the file from the "Download" folder But then NFC Tools reports it is "55 bytes", when the file is 540 bytes.

Jul 6, 2021 · If it helps anybody, I got what I needed by using NFC Tools Pro, IFTTT, and Smart Life apps. When I scan my tag NFC Tools Pro creates a notification on my phone. This notification triggers IFTTT routine that runs a scene from Smart Life app. Not ideal, but works.

NFC Tag reads in Shortcuts and NFC Tools, but doesn’t read
Apr 13, 2022 · If I scan the tag in NFC Tools or in Shortcuts it scans perfectly without any problems, but if I try to scan it normally, there is no response. I’ve written a url to the NFC that it theoretically should be grabbing each time it’s scanned, and yet I am not getting any interaction in that way. I’m not sure what I’m missing.
