Mar 8, 2024 · Post by routalot » Sun Mar 10, 2024 12:35 pm I'd like the choice of hot keys or mouse.I absolutely long for an icon for a box zoom function and haven't seen too much preference for hot keys since the instructor on an Autocad course in the nineties got nostalgic about the skill needed to remember which keys did what compared to the new icons.
[solved] Uninstalling FreeCAD (on Windows 10) isn't fully successful
Jan 16, 2020 · there is no FreeCAD uninstaller in Windows start menu so I checked in Windows apps and features and this is using file called Uninstall-FreeCAD.exe I closed apps and features and started Uninstall-FreeCAD.exe from Windows explorer. All applications was closed when I run it. I did complete uninstall including user data.

Apr 19, 2021 · Also what is the exact build version of Windows 10, it should be something like 10.0.19041.928, we have been getting reports that old Windows 10 builds can cause crashes and have been fixed by bring them up to at least 2020 H1 level.

I've been using the freeCad wiki learning how to use it by the lessons on youtube. i get to the part where you add wording to the chamfer block and go through all till i get to the part where you have to enter (full path to font file:)

Jul 30, 2018 · I think there is no FreeCAD "updater" (<== for lack of a better word) with Windows I don't know if you have to uninstall your old 0.17 version before installing a newer version of 0.17, or if you can just install a newer 0.17 version over an older 0.17 version.
