Nov 18, 2019 · In Edit > Preferences > Draft (workbench) > “Grid and snapping tab” > I have “main lines every” set to default 10, the “Grid spacing” I set to 6.3500mm (which is 1/4" in US standards), and “Grid size” to default 100. “Toggle grid” is set to show grid. I have it set to CAD navigation style. All other settings are default.

Jun 7, 2024 · I'm using Windows... My Autocad version was 2013 (: Autodesk does not allow me to Transfer my Licence anymore (I guess 10+ years is all you get). My 2013 version is on Windows 10. My new PC is Windows 11. I'll take a look at CADExchanger Workbench. Thanks for that tip. Oh and I've read that FC DWG import web page... that's what has me confused.
