Donald H. Yee (born 1960) is an American lawyer and sports agent. He is a partner of Yee & Dubin, a sports talent agency.

Donald H. Yee is a graduate of UCLA and the University of Virginia School of Law. He has represented a wide array of sports and entertainment personalities throughout his career, as well as counseled a diverse group of owners, leagues and sports business companies.
