Upon awaking I have to blow out my nose a few times, mucus in clear and then following up by a light cough (with thicker mucus). I also experience sinus pressure occasionally.

Feb 27, 2014 · If it’s post nasal it may be the way you sleep. Draining down one side so only one side of your throat is irritated. Or the sinuses on one side are shaped in a way that’s more conducive to getting blocked and/or causing drip. That doesn’t answer what’s causing the post nasal drip, but allergies are a usual suspect.

Jun 7, 2017 · Are you doing the Dymista twice per day? I would add an oral antihistamine (Claritin, Zyrtec, etc.). When my allergies were really bad, I used Dymista, Claritin, and Singular all together. A neti pot helps too. I actually prefer the cheapo plastic Neil Med one found at Target, CVS, etc. Be sure to use distilled water.

Jul 22, 2020 · The table is very limiting in terms of the size and complexity of the track you can set up, and it's really best for a 1 or 2 year old who just wants to stand there and push trains. +1 my DS was obsessed with Thomas trains from about age 2-5 and continued playing with them for a couple years after that.

A failing or severely depressed kid - now, at winter break, and they can go to public or homeschool or one of the alternative schooling options while applying out and determining the next best step. A kid who just finds themselves in a school they don’t like that’s a bad fit?

The last was initially just to use up some hours, but turned out to be the best we have had. (Worst was the general science - very smart person with his own ideas, not great with a middle schooler.)
