President Trump acknowledged that the Constitution prohibits him from seeking a third term, following weeks of speculation among some of his allies.

U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson on Tuesday told reporters he saw no way to amend the U.S. Constitution to allow President Donald Trump a third term in the White House, saying it would take too long.
