The National Weather Service has issued flash flood watches for parts of 17 New Jersey counties on Monday to start a stormy week.

Torrential rain is possible with slow-moving thunderstorms into the evening. Most vulnerable flood-prone areas at risk, hydroplaning possible and impacts to evening commute expected.
