The tour is leading up to the presidential election and is titled “Sing Your Song as We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart,” the name of his recently released politically-themed song. Wonder appeared at the Democratic National Convention. His tour will play Target Center in Minneapolis on October 27, just before November’s election.

Wonder's tour looks like a list of campaign stops as he passes through Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The aim is to encourage attendees to vote in November as he calls for "love over anger, kindness over recrimination, peace over war," he said in a statement.
