Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco is considered week-to-week with an MCL sprain, according to the NFL Network. Pacheco left Monday night's 28-7 win over the Washington Commanders with a knee injury. Before going down with the injury, the two-time Super Bowl MVP registered 12 carries for 58 yards in their game against Washington.

Schwesinger recorded his first career interception in the loss to the Patriots before sustaining the injury. He picked off standout quarterback Drake Maye on a third-down throw over the middle of the field and returned it 7 yards to set the Cleveland offense up deep in opposing territory.

The Los Angeles Lakers announced point guard Gabe Vincent is expected to miss two to four weeks with an ankle injury.
