The city is considering widening exit and entrance ramps at I-71 and Snow Road, plus altering Engle Road as part of the traffic changes.

Shoregate has been beset by issues for years, including an infamous parking garage collapse in 2023. The apartment complex has been in foreclosure since last fall.
