A water main break in Gloversville on Thursday caused a boil water advisory to be issued until further notice.

The City of Gloversville’s Water Works Department has issued a boil advisory for certain residents, officials said.

Damage to a waterline prompted the city of Savannah to issue a boil water advisory for Dutch Island residents around 7 p.m. Tuesday evening. The advisory remains in effect at this time.
