Transport for Greater Manchester said travelling by tram was the "best option" to get to Heaton Park. A shuttle bus is also being put on from the Northern Quarter of the city centre. Police officers will be stationed in the area around Heaton Park, as well as in the city centre to help with traffic management, GMP said.

Oasis have five dates in Manchester, which will be a special home-coming for the band. They will then head to Wembley for a run of shows. The gates to Heaton Park are set to open at 3pm for every date, but organisers have advised ticket-holders to plan ahead and arrive early to allow time to get through the crowds.
