The Baltimore Ravens have been fined US$100,000 by the National Football League (NFL) for violating league injury report policy rules in how they listed quarterback Lamar Jackson last week, the league announced on Friday.

The Baltimore Ravens have been fined $100,000 by the NFL for incorrectly listing star quarterback Lamar Jackson as a full participant in practice on Oct. 24.

The NFL made a decision on the Baltimore Ravens’ injury report mismanagement involving Lamar Jackson. The AFC North team initially listed the quarterback as a full participant in Friday’s practice session ahead of the Week 8 duel against the Chicago Bears.

Lamar Jackson will not play on Sunday against the Chicago Bears. The Baltimore Ravens ruled Jackson out and the expectation is that Tyler Huntley will start.
