Temperatures are expected to warm up this week for the Los Angeles Basin as the Santa Ana winds head to the region, according to the National Weather Service.
For a second straight year, San Diego County is likely to be drier and cooler than normal this winter, partly due to the climate phenomenon known as La Niña, which often helps steer storms away from Southern California, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

There was one spot that recorded a daily rainfall record in San Diego County. Ramona saw 0.36" at the Ramona Airport, making it the wettest October 14th on record for them. Plenty of additional spots in Southern California also saw new rainfall records for the day, including Riverside, breaking a record from back in 1907.
As a Southern California local, I think there are several tourist attractions worth visiting. However, others aren't quite worth the trip.
