The Eagan Food Truck Festival will roll in from 4-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, at festival grounds at 1501 Central Pkwy. in Eagan.

It will also gut funding for a federal grant program that the Metropolitan Council is counting on for a planned extension of the Blue Line light rail project and a planned bus rapid transit line.
