Duval County's first diverging diamond interchange is set to be open Monday morning. Starting at 5 a.m. there will be fewer orange cones and a new traffic pattern at JTB and San Pablo Road.

The ramp will close starting Friday at 10 p.m. to allow construction of a diverging diamond traffic pattern. The work was rescheduled from an earlier weekend.
