Early morning explosion in 12-unit Plaistow apartment complex damages building and displaces residents
PLAISTOW — The exterior of an apartment complex on Westville Road was blown out Sunday in an early morning explosion. The Plaistow Fire Department responded to the 12-unit building just after 8 a.m. to evacuate residents and check for injuries, said fire Chief Chris Knutsen.
