A Russian drone attack killed at least three people, including a child and an elderly woman, and injured dozens of others late on April 16 in the southeastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, the regional governor said.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Serhii Lysak said homes, schools, cultural institutions, and vehicles were among the targets.
