A legendary video gamer and original Donkey Kong high score holder has outplayed a Brisbane YouTuber after a judge slammed the video maker in a defamation proceedings.

Billy Mitchell, the Donkey Kong champion had filed a defamation lawsuit against Karl Jobst, the Australian YouTuber. The legal battle began in 2020, and the verdict was delivered on April 1, 2025.
