Vice President JD Vance on Wednesday made the Trump administration's first big pitch to sell the public on President Donald Trump's sweeping budget-and-policy package.

The 900-page bill eliminates a 2006 program called Grad PLUS, which allowed students to borrow money up to the full cost of attendance.
