Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis is set to undergo shoulder surgery on Tuesday, and he gave fans a glimpse into the severity of his shoulder injury on the eve of his procedure.

After fracturing his collarbone this weekend, the Titans have waived Burks and followed that up by signing Keyton on Monday.
