LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A murder suspect is being held in Louisville Metro Corrections on a $1 million bond.
The average recommended homicide caseload nationally is four to five cases per detective. Some Birmingham detectives worked as many 16 cases in 2024.
LMPD said 36-year-old Joshua Miller was named by the woman he's accused of murdering as the one who shot her. They said she even gave them his age and address before she died.
