Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued for Hawaiian island of Kauai
A cold front dragging across the Hawaiian islands on Thursday will bring some potentially severe thunderstorms, hail and damaging winds. A low crossing the islands will bring more rain, and even snow to higher elevations through Friday afternoon.
The Kauai Police Department, and Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting firefighters were also on the scene. The Kauai Emergency Management Agency is monitoring the fire.

The Kauai Emergency Management Agency continues to monitor the incident. There have been no reports of injuries or property damages. Crews are on the scene working to extinguish the fire.
